  We went into the store on Friday morning with a new iphone. We were third in line/order. We needed the addressbook contact transfer & new activation. The representative acknowledged the waiting customers, made us comfortable & later recognized us for our patience. He was efficient and professional - As far as I could see, he provided each set of customer with details & promptly answered questions to complete their orders. He knows his product & got the job done - No drama!
